Lectio Divina - Long Videos

So often, we can skim or move quickly through scripture, but we don't sit with it, we don't slow down with it. The early Christians described chewing and digesting the word of God. Lectio Divina, is Latin for "sacred reading," and is a traditional prayer practice within Western Christianity that involves a reflective and contemplative reading of Scripture. Do you have 10 minutes, 15 minutes for God today? Sit back, relax, take a few slow breaths in and out and you let us guide you slowly and intentionally through the word today and we promise, his word will calm you and centre you with your heavenly Father, your creator. We feel it is a privilege to have life today and an honour that God wants to hear from us and that he's waiting to speak with us. Are you burdened or going through a challenging time in life? We love connecting with the Lord through his creation. Whether it be a beautiful budding tree in spring or the early morning songs of a sparrow, we just marvel at his beauty and want to share some of our photography and music that helps connect us with our Savior.
